As women travelling alone, we felt completely taken care of. The staff was kind and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was ideal, away from touristy areas, peaceful and close to Besakih Temple. The room was spacious and clean, with amazing views of the surrounding scenery. It was easy to rent a scooter, go rafting, and catch a boat to the Gili Islands. The infinity pool with its magnificent panoramic view was a highlight, and the food, especially the watermelon juice, was delicious. We would definitely recommend staying here for 2 to 4 days.
We felt so taken care of, no complaints whatsoever.

The room was large and comfortable with a nice view. the pool area was also very nice. the staff were helpful and friendly. We appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the fact that we could rent a scooter to explore the surrounding area easily.
The restaurant at the hotel was disappointing and overpriced. We also found that we had to spend a lot of money on private transportation to get to other locations outside the hotel.

The view from the room was breathtaking, it was definitely worth it to wake up early just to catch the sunrise. The spacious room was a plus and the staff were nice and accommodating. The swimming pool was also a great place to relax and take in the scenery.
There were some negatives that could have been improved upon. The noise level was quite high and it was difficult to sleep through the night with the sound of other guests talking loudly in neighboring rooms.

My stay at this beautiful hotel was worth every penny. The room was clean, spacious, and had a huge bathtub that was perfect for a relaxing hot bath. The views and surroundings were breathtaking, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Highly recommended for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.
The morning meal could have been improved by providing cleaner and fresher mosquito nets. It would be great if they were regularly washed to ensure a comfortable and mosquito-free dining experience.
